Full Job Description
This position is vital for integrating and managing permissions requested via tickets across a variety of enterprise tools, enhancing both security and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for provisioning access, troubleshooting access issues, and finding ways to optimize and automate the provisioning process. The Identity and Security Abuse Prevention's Access Control Operations team safeguards customers, employees and their data across World Wide Customer Service. We collaborate with our Operations partners to make sure users have the access they need to provide top tier delivery and support to our Customers. This role requires effective written and verbal communication, a desire to explore new technology integration to improve efficiency and security, as well as an understanding of the threats to users and their data. Learning and understanding complex role and permissioning structures is also required.

Key job responsibilities

- Access Control Specialists are expected to both improve and streamline processes while also maintaining a high level of ticket closure within SLA.

- Access Control specialists are the face to our internal customers and must be customer service oriented.

- As an Access Control Specialist you will use identity and access management (IAM) tools to assign permissions that align with each user's role and responsibilities, ensuring they have the minimum access needed to perform their job efficiently.

- You will be responsible for provisioning access within enterprise software. This includes creating, updating, and revoking user access while configuring permissions in line with company policies and regulatory standards.

- The Access Control Specialist oversees compliance by auditing access regularly and utilizing automation tools to streamline the user access lifecycle.

- As an Access Control Specialist you will provide access governance oversight to ensure a high security bar by evaluating, creating, and streamlining access policies and mechanisms.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in development or technical support

- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of Access Control methodology such as RBAC and ABAC

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
