Job Summary:

BDO is seeking an Account-Based Experience (ABX) Senior Manager to manage the end-to-end orchestration of account-based marketing programs for high value accounts. With a client-centric mindset, this role will develop data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, delivering targeted and personalized 1:1 and 1:few account-based plays in close partnership with teams focused on client relationships and growth. The role will lead ABX governance, build scalable frameworks, templates, and playbooks, and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Success requires strong project management skills, an analytical approach to inform campaign strategy and performance optimization, and the ability to align and influence stakeholders.

Job Duties:
  • Designs and executes 1:1 and 1:few ABX campaign strategies, project plans, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
  • Builds and maintains relationships with business development, account teams, and client service professionals to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs
  • Leads kickoff meetings to confirm objectives, target accounts, messaging, roles, timelines, and success measures
  • Analyzes customer data, intent signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization
  • Creates and implements multi-channel programs (i.e., paid media, email, events) that deliver personalized customer experiences
  • Ensures campaign assets, channels, and activation steps align to ABX journey stages and account engagement goals
  • Maintains integrated campaign calendars, dependencies, and milestone tracking to keep work progressing through shared teams
  • Coordinates cross-functional handoffs across marketing, business development, account teams, creative, digital, events, marketing operations, and analytics
  • Consolidates campaign performance, insights, and learnings into standardized playbooks, templates, and operating procedures
  • Tracks and reports on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches
  • Produces and delivers executive-ready updates using key ABX KPIs (i.e., engagement, pipeline) for marketing leadership and account stakeholders

Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; focus in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Project Management, preferred

Experience
  • Seven (7) or more years of marketing experience, including (5) or more years of ABX/ABX campaign management experience, required
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs, required
  • Experience working in a professional services environment (i.e., accounting, financial consulting, business advisory services and/or banking industries), preferred

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, required
  • Experience with ABM software and solutions (i.e., Demandbase), required
  • Experience with CRM systems, required; prior experience with MS Dynamics, preferred

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $120,000 - $135,000
Maryland Range: $120,000 - $135,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $120,000 - $135,000
