Job OverviewThe Associate Brand Manager, Lesser Evil supports the development and commercialization of innovation initiatives within the Salty Marketing Portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you will translate defined demand spaces and innovation strategies into executable plans, manage cross-functional workstreams, and help deliver high-quality launches.

What will you do?- Support innovation and renovation initiatives from concept through commercialization using the stage-gate process.
- Analyze syndicated data, consumer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and support concept development.
- Develop business cases, financial analyses, and performance tracking to support innovation recommendations.
- Assist with go-to-market planning, including launch materials, sell-in tools, and internal communications.
- Partner with Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance, Shopper Marketing, and agency partners to execute innovation initiatives.
- Monitor post-launch performance, identify key learnings, and recommend actions to improve results.
- Support portfolio strategies across brands, driving clarity and distinction for each.
Minimum Education & RequirementsExperience:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, innovation, or a related field, preferably within consumer packaged goods.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure to innovation or renovation projects.
• Experience with IRI, Nielsen, or Circana data.
• Experience with basic financial modeling and cross-functional project leadership.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $95040 to $118800 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
