Duties:
- Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Risk management: Monitor project progress, identified risks and deviations, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
- Analyze process and production data, workflows, and processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement with our client base.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve project quality, increase operational efficiency, and enhance process safety.
- Read, interpret, and modify Process and floor plant Diagrams.
- Analyze equipment.
- Review engineering project deliverables with other functions such as operations, maintenance, and quality to ensure that projects meet design and code standards.
- Work in cross-functional teams to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide/create equipment documentation where necessary.
- Ensuring a smooth handover of project documentation.
Education & Experience: BS in Industrial Engineering or foreign equivalent PLUS 36 months relevant experience OR Masters in Industrial Engineering or foreign equivalent PLUS 12 months relevant experience.
