About the Role

We are seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt who thrives at the intersection of data, process excellence, and leadership. In this role, you will lead high-impact improvement initiatives that directly influence business performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will serve as a change leader and technical expert, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex problems, elevate organizational capability, and deliver sustainable results across manufacturing and business processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning outcomes, mentoring others, and translating analysis into action.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of Six Sigma and Lean improvement projects, delivering measurable gains in quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency
  • Design and deploy Six Sigma tools, systems, and standards that embed continuous improvement into daily operations
  • Apply DMAIC rigor to identify root causes, eliminate waste and variation, and sustain process improvements
  • Coach and mentor Green Belts, providing technical guidance, training, and project support
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to align improvement work with business priorities
  • Translate data into insight, using statistical and analytical tools to guide fact-based decisions
  • Influence change without authority, building trust and momentum across diverse stakeholder groups

Additional Information:

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
