As a Senior Manager, Transformation Integration & Change Lead within the BOET OCIO organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the STS NEXT transformation journey by connecting complex initiatives into a unified, enterprise-wide strategy.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will serve as the central integration point across business and technology organizations, ensuring transformation efforts are aligned, coordinated, and positioned to drive measurable outcomes. You will lead executive engagement and leadership activation efforts, develop integrated communication strategies, provide visibility into risks and dependencies, and help ensure that transformation priorities are understood, adopted, and sustained across the enterprise. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of technology transformation at Schwab while working in an environment that values innovation, teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement. Inspired by Schwab’s EVP, this role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise outcomes, partner across diverse teams, and help shape how transformation is successfully delivered at scale.
