Job Description:

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Data Governance Specialist where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the frameworks that ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the organization.

GENERAL DUTIES:

  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and AI processes with business objectives
  • Establish and maintain data management standards, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor compliance with data governance policies and recommend improvements as needed
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer relationship management initiatives related to data Identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions
  • Support the adoption of best practices in data governance and management throughout the organization
  • Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on data governance principles and processes


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of experience assisting with implementation of policies
  • Experience with federal data management policies and procedures


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working within a federal cloud environment
  • Experience with AI development and implementation


CLEARANCE:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance minimum required
