Qualifications

• Master's degree with 8 years of software development experience, or Bachelor's with 10 years, or no degree with 12 years;
• Strong experience in Java and/or Python development;
• Experience with object-oriented design and software engineering principles;
• Proficient in software testing, debugging, and performance optimization;
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Experienced in developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications using Java and/or Python.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineers and stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Participate in Agile activities such as sprint planning and stand-ups.
