We are looking for a Buyer III to join our team and make a significant impact on the delivery of key programs and missions. In this role, you'll oversee sourcing, supplier management, pricing, and delivery schedules to keep production on track while optimizing cost and supplier performance. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, negotiating terms and securing strategic agreements that enable long-term supplier relationships and drive ongoing process improvements across the supply chain. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone passionate about turning technical expertise into measurable results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in tactical purchasing - typically at least 4 years of relevant experience - alongside a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. The role calls for someone who is a strong communicator, a skilled negotiator, and an analytical problem solver, able to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing conditions while delivering high-caliber results. Experience interpreting government regulations, familiarity with AS9100 standards, supplier performance metrics, and a track record of delivering within challenging timelines will aid your ability to make a measurable and immediate contribution.

Compensation: $65/hr.
