Position Summary
Investment Operations & Forecasting is a global discipline within the Investment function, focused on building and scaling the processes, governance, and operational infrastructure that power accurate, standardized, and actionable investment forecasting and reporting across our agencies and markets.
The Director, Addressable Investment Enablement will lead the standardization and optimization of workflows across all addressable media channels, including search, social, and programmatic activations. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent investment processes, tools, governance, and reporting standards across agencies, eliminating fragmentation and reducing agency-specific variations in activation workflows.
This individual will serve as the operational bridge between addressable activation teams and the broader Investment Operations function, aligning direct partner investment workflows with standardized agency processes. The Director will work closely with Agency Enablement leaders (supporting OMD, PHD, Hearts & Science, Initiative, Mediahub, and UM), Data Operations, Marketplace Strategy, and partner teams to create investment activation consistency across the portfolio.
The goal of this role is to establish a unified addressable investment operating model that supports scalability, governance, data integrity, and performance visibility across all agencies and markets.
Responsibilities
Support existing Kinesso and legacy Omnicom addressable investment teams as they standardize addressable activation workflows across agencies to harmonize search, social, and programmatic investment processes and eliminate agency-specific variations.
Establish consistent governance, documentation, QA checkpoints, and reporting standards.
Create unified activation frameworks that apply across agencies and markets and align addressable workflows with broader direct investment operations.
Ensure addressable investment processes integrate seamlessly with forecasting, pacing, and reporting workflows.
Partner with Agency Enablement Directors to align direct partner investment processes with standardized operational models.
Support consistency in how investment data flows from activation to reporting.
Drive tool and platform alignment by collaborating with activation teams and product / technology partners to standardize tool usage and workflow structures.
Identify opportunities to reduce redundancy across platforms and processes.
Ensure addressable activation tools integrate into centralized reporting and data infrastructure.
Strengthen governance and QA standards by defining and enforcing QA standards for activation workflows and investment reporting.
Support alignment between activation data, partner reporting, and centralized dashboards.
Partner with Data Operations to ensure data harmonization and standardized definitions are reflected across both US and global activations.
Act as the primary operational liaison between activation teams, Agency Enablement, Data Operations, Marketplace Strategy, and partner teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption across agencies.
Ensure feedback loops inform continuous process improvement.
Drive continuous improvement and scalability
Identify opportunities to automate manual activation workflows.
Standardize documentation and training materials across agencies.
Contribute to the evolution of a scalable, future-ready addressable investment operating model.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
7-10 years in demonstrated excellence in addressable investment, account management and/or operations
Minimum 5 years in integrated planning role in media, publisher / vendor, or communications discipline
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and agency leadership
Highly structured and organized

Strong ability to think systemically about processes and workflows
Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate operational or account challenges both laterally to peers as well as upward to senior management

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
$150,000.00 - $160,000.00
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
