Location - Minneapolis, MN (onsite) - 5 days

Top Must haves:
1. 5-7 years of facilities, construction, utility, power plant, or commercial nuclear power project management experience.
2. Demonstrated success managing projects 60; $1M.
3. Strong financial acumen and experience with project controls and variance analysis.
4. Familiarity with PMI/PMBOK (Waterfall/Predictive) methodologies.

JD:
We are seeking a Project Manager II to support capital facilities and construction projects at one of its nuclear generating facilities. This role delivers upgrades, equipment replacements, building/facility modifications, long term plan development, and other capital improvements. Projects typically range from $100K to multimillion dollar investment levels and require strict adherence to nuclear, regulatory, and safety protocols. This position manages 5-10 concurrent projects, coordinating internal stakeholders, engineering, maintenance, construction, contractors, and vendors while ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management requirements.
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of facilities, construction, utility, power plant, or commercial nuclear power project management experience.
Demonstrated success managing projects 60; $1M.
Strong financial acumen and experience with project controls and variance analysis.
Familiarity with PMI/PMBOK (Waterfall/Predictive) methodologies.
Ability to obtain unescorted nuclear access, which includes
o Federal background investigation
o Fitness for Duty testing (drug & alcohol)
o Compliance with NRC Access Authorization requirements
U.S. citizenship (required).
Benefits
A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $130,000 - $140,000.
