Takes ownership of projects in coordination with assigned senior Credit Delivery leader and mentors more junior teammates. Performs prudent underwriting and effective credit and risk administration with particular emphasis on adherence to credit policy and requirements. Supplements analysis with research and evaluations from a wide variety of sources to develop an assessment of client, competitor, property segment, market and industry risks and trends. Credit Delivery Associates may be assigned to selected senior Credit Delivery leader(s) but require increasingly less oversight, begin owning their assigned clients and opportunities more fully and exhibiting confidence in all facets of independent client interaction.
WCD - CRE Analyst Program Overview:Analysts' career paths begin with a structured training program that includes accounting, modeling, corporate finance, underwriting and financial analysis training followed by placement within one of CRE's verticals. Through exposure to a wide variety of lending transactions, Analysts will enhance their financial and industry analysis skills, build expertise in corporate finance and underwriting, and develop a comprehensive understanding of their portfolio of clients.

CRE Credit Delivery Analyst will assist the Wholesale Credit Delivery - Commercial Real Estate team with underwriting and managing the debt capital CRE commits to its client base whether it be Private Owners and Operators, Institutional Real Estate, Multifamily Capital, or Community Capital. Analysts will work with Portfolio Managers, Relationship Managers, Product Specialists, and Risk Managers to deliver capital and strategic ideas to the CRE client base. Post close of a debt funded transaction, Analysts will assist the Portfolio Managers as they lead the credit relationship with their clients and actively manage and monitor the credit profile and exposure levels across their portfolios.
The annual base salary for this position is $100,000 across all locations.
Location:Truist Commercial Real Estate is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with offices throughout the U.S. in cities including Boston, Charlotte, Miami, Nashville, and Washington D.C.

Minimum Requirements:- Completed BA/BS degree with a scheduled graduation of December 2026 or May/June 2027
- Overall GPA of 3.0
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must have been a 2026 intern.
Preferred Qualifications:- Real Estate, Business, Accounting, or Math major; all majors considered
- Prior completion of Accounting or Finance coursework
- Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
- Masters in Real Estate or combined Commercial Real Estate experience through internships or other experiences
- Foundational knowledge of ARGUS Enterprise software and use of 3rd party Real Estate Data Sources (CoStar, REIS, Axiometrics).
