This Co-op opportunity will have a 6 months duration starting June 2027.

Available Disciplines
  • Data Science & Digital Transformation: Transform vast amounts of scientific data into insights that accelerate drug discovery and improve patient outcomes using AI and machine learning.
  • Process & CMC Data Science: Bridge the gap between cutting-edge computational modeling and pharmaceutical manufacturing by developing first-principle, machine learning, and hybrid models that accelerate mRNA and vaccine process development - transforming complex scientific data into actionable insights that bring life-saving medicines to patients faster.
  • Process Modeling & Simulation: Harness computational modeling, machine learning, and multi-physics simulation to accelerate pharmaceutical process development, transforming lab-scale discoveries into scalable, optimized manufacturing solutions.
  • Drug Substance Development: Shape the initial form of medicines that patients receive, ensuring every pill, injection, or treatment delivers hope and healing with precision and safety.
  • Characterization: Become a molecular detective, unlocking the secrets of biological medicines to ensure every dose meets the highest standards of quality and efficacy.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in:
  • Bachelor's in: Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Computational Biology, Data Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences (Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology), Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related STEM field, with plans to graduate by the end of 2028.

or
  • Master's in: Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Data Science, Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Materials Science, Software Engineering, or related life sciences, engineering, and technical fields, with plans to graduate by the end of 2028.

or
  • PhD in: Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computational Science, Biomedical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related quantitative field, with plans to graduate by the end of 2028.


Candidates must also meet the following eligibility requirements:
  • Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the Internal requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
  • Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday for the full duration of the co-op/internship.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $27- $60 hourly. Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
