Our Financial Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) team focuses on our clients' critical accounting needs. From internal controls to process to accounting transactions and everything in between, our integrated solution approach is designed to help enable and manage growth, leverage resources, and mitigate costs and risks.

Your role.

As an outsourced financial advisory consultant, you'll work in a team to provide accounting assistance to clients on an ongoing, recurring basis. You'll be instrumental in serving our clients through accounting solutions that have a direct impact on our client's overall business processes and reporting. Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Accounting and financial advisory services:
  • Monthly financial close
  • Financial account reconciliations
  • Financial statement analysis and fluctuation observations and recommendations
  • Preparation of balance sheets and income statements
  • Preparation of sales/payroll/property tax filings
  • Preparation and filing of Forms 1099


Evaluation of business and accounting processes and procedures:
  • Recognize and provide recommendations for improvements to accounting processes and systems
  • Interact with other practice areas within management consulting and other practice areas including but not limited to audit, tax, wealth management and consulting.


The qualifications.
  • Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, critical thinker, organizational, technical and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or related field.
  • Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
  • Preferred: On track to complete the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license


This is an exempt position that may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO, IL, or MA. Please review the position location for the applicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range for their position, as compensation decisions are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer market-based starting salaries that are consistent across individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL and MA is: $82,000.00 - $85,000.00
