We are searching for the best talent for the 2027 Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Full-Time

Purpose: Johnson & Johnson is recruiting MBA talent passionate about exploring a career in healthcare for their Leadership Development Full-Time program with a focus on Commercial Leadership roles.

Johnson & Johnson's Full-Time CLDP program consists of diverse rotations in marketing, market access, new product business development, global commercial strategy, and other key commercial functions to prepare you as a future business leader at Johnson & Johnson. All rotations are North America based and supplemented by classroom and e-learning training over the program. Training covers all areas critical to success at J&J and delivered by program leadership, key commercial pharmaceutical leaders, J&J Executives, and external consultants.

The Full-Time opportunity is in the greater Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ area (depending on team assignment).

Qualifications / Requirements:

Required
  • U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status. (e.g., H1-B status) now or in the future. (Students currently in the country on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT require future sponsorship for long term employment).
  • Be enrolled in an accredited MBA Program with graduation planned no later than July 2027.
  • Ability to relocate to assigned site location
  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience and/or military experience (5 years preferred).
  • Passion for improving Healthcare.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, and influence and execute a plan effectively.
  • Validated analytical skills and cycles of success in a professional business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working to meet evolving business needs.
  • Understanding AI concepts and use cases, including agentic AI, with the ability to translate business processes and workflows into AI opportunities.
  • Ability to make Credo-based decisions and develop a Credo-based culture.


Preferred
  • A concentration in Healthcare Management or Marketing.
  • Prior experience in the CLDP summer internship program.
  • Experience in healthcare, marketing, sales, business analytics and/or management consulting in a health care related field.
  • Project management skills and ability to navigate a matrix organization to accomplish goals.
  • Collaboration with key internal and external partners in support of project outcomes.
  • Development of significant partnerships to add value and insights for the organization.
  • Act with speed, learning agility and intellectual curiosity.
  • Clear and concise communication and presentation skills.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
The base pay for this position is $141,000.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
This position is eligible for a sign-on and/or early incentive bonus. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
