We are seeking an exceptional Analyst to join our Private Capital Markets team in New York.

The Analyst will join our highly collaborative team responsible for originating, structuring, and distributing privately negotiated financing solutions for global corporations, financial institutions, and infrastructure projects. The group specializes in private capital raises, which include senior common and preferred equity raises for growth equity, dividend recapitalization, and acquisition financing purposes.

Essential Job Functions
• Support deal teams in the execution of a broad range of financing and advisory mandates
• Support deal teams in analyzing industry and company-specific information, including detailed research and analysis of global institutional investors
• Conduct research and analysis of trends in the Private Capital Markets
• Prepare client presentations and interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers and accountants
• Work closely with industry teams as needed to support successful deal completion
• Involvement in all aspects of deal preparation and execution

Salary Details
• A salary based on an annual rate of $110,000 per year.
• The base salary amount represents the anticipated salary for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The salary listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
