Overview:

We are seeking QA Engineers to join us where you will stay at the forefront of technology, have access to and learn about the latest generation of networking technologies worldwide. Together with other outstanding engineers in the team, you will create reliable, stable, and high-speed network access products for users, provide user-friendly and convenient smart home solutions, and bring convenience to the lives of millions of users worldwide!

Responsibilities:
  • New feature test design for networking devices, surveillance products and the cloud management platform.
  • Design, build, and maintain Testbed infrastructure, triage Automated regression failures and provide failure analysis to certify software releases.
  • Review requirements, specifications and test plans and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
  • write clear procedures, bug descriptions and test reports.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant QA experience, including internships, co-op, research, or project experience
  • Understanding of networking architecture such as Routing/Switching (OSPF / BGP /IS-IS), IP, TCP/UDP, and application layers such as HTTP, SNMP, etc
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Must have continuous work authorization in the US without the need for visa sponsorships


Additional Skills (Preferred):
  • Experience writing quality code (automation test code) with Python
  • Experience testing network products is a plus
  • Experience with Cloud performance testing is a plus
  • Experience with software development is a plus
