10841 - Business Process Analyst II
Location: Costa Mesa, CA Role Overview The Business Process Analyst II supports the navigation business operations by managing software licensing, financial forecasting, contract administration, and procurement processes. This role provides data-driven insights to improve decision-making, supports customer invoicing and reconciliation, and contributes to strategic planning and research initiatives across North America. The position acts as a key liaison between headquarters, internal stakeholders, and external customers to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities - Manage navigation software license operations including forecasting monthly sales and purchase data and controlling map purchase costs
- Analyze customer sales data to generate business intelligence insights for planning and decision-making
- Administer software license agreements including MSAs with headquarters and sublicense agreements with manufacturing entities
- Perform procurement activities including GR creation, PO review, and payment analysis
- Manage MapCare invoicing and monitor customer account balances across multiple divisions
- Develop and enhance vehicle research and strategic planning reports for North America
- Oversee contractual management of navigation-related information services
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Engineering, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting, finance, procurement, business planning, or related disciplines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively with customers
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the automotive industry
- Background in financial planning or business analysis
- Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with ability to meet deadlines
Salary range: $83,940 - $120,032
