Job SummaryAt this time, only current PSEG employees are being considered.
This position supervises bargaining unit employees, oversees vendors, provides landlord management, provides technical direction, and coordinates all work associated with the maintenance and repair of facilities. Manages and supervises associates and provides leadership by training, appraising, coaching, counseling, recognizing, and disciplining of employees. Manages resources by utilizing administrative systems and procedures such as SAP and Integrated Work Management Systems (Tririga).
Job Responsibilities- Manage and supervise Bargaining Unit personnel and vendor performance
- Perform administrative work such as SAP and Integrated Work Management System (Tririga)
- Provide contractor oversight for performance and safety
- Develop estimates and technical proposals
- Provide landlord management
- Interface with internal clients
Job Specific Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years Facility Maintenance experience or related field
- Obtain an acceptable score on the First Line Supervisor's Test (FLST) unless presently and directly supervising PSEG personnel for a minimum of 12 continuous months
- Possess a valid U. S. driver's license and maintain a safe driving record
- Be willing to travel 51-80% for business-related purposes
- Willing to work shifts and flexible hours, including emergency callout, storm support and after hours calls
- A valid Real ID or an approved form of alternate documentation (https://www.pseg.com/IDrequirement) is required for this job
- Reporting location based on Operational needs
Desired- IFMA / BOMA Certifications, Knowledge of HVAC, BMS, Commercial Plumbing & Electrical, Fire Life Safety Systems
- Experience with real estate management systems and IWMS - Tririga software
