Easton, MD.Position Overview - Provide 1:1 nursing care and medical support to a student with complex medical needs throughout the school day.
- Accompany the student to and from school via school bus, providing continuous nursing supervision and support during transportation.
- Monitor the student's health status and respond appropriately to medical needs in accordance with the student's care plan and school protocols.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare professionals to support student safety, well-being, and participation in the school environment.
Qualifications - Associate degree or higher in Nursing
- Active, unrestricted Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or 1:1 care for students with complex medical needs preferred
- Ability to provide nursing care during school transportation and throughout the school day
