Pay Range: $69,460.00 - $92,606.66

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead daily quarry production and rail loading operations to meet safety, quality, and volume targets
  • Coordinate train scheduling, material inventory, and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery
  • Oversee and coach team members, promoting a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor equipment performance and collaborate on maintenance planning to minimize downtime
  • Analyze operational data to identify efficiencies, reduce costs, and optimize production processes

Work Environment
This role operates primarily in an outdoor quarry setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and moving equipment. The position requires regular walking, standing, and interaction with operational and rail loading areas, with appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Physical Demands of the Job
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods across uneven terrain
  • Capability to lift, carry, and move materials consistent with industrial safety standards
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and use of hands for equipment interaction
  • Visual and auditory ability to monitor equipment operations and maintain situational awareness
