02701A - Scientist, Regulatory The Regulatory Scientist will perform a variety of duties related to ingredient and finished product specifications, labelling, specification management systems, and other customer information and/or regulatory-related assignments as requested. • Review product labeling and documentation for compliance • Create and Maintain Internal Finished Product Specifications. • Support allergen and other Federal/State policy compliance • Support certification management of finished goods • Engage in and support all product documentation creation, management, and updates • Track and monitor progress against established goals and deadlines • Expertise in Canadian Regulations, International labeling requirements, Creating ingredient statements and compliant labels
