Lead a team of 5-10 software engineers working on a variety of interrelated projects. Gather, define, and execute on requirements from a large set of customers such as the AI developers, QA engineers, Data Scientists and Triaging teams.

Building and maintaining platform services (backend and frontend), OS build tools, and installation tools. Developing startup time and runtime auditing, and control mechanisms for software and hardware configurations across vehicle fleets.

Lead efforts to optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability. Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and reporting systems to ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues.

Design and implement highly scalable and reliable web applications to support Zoox's autonomous robotaxi service. Collaborate with software engineering teams, PMs, designers and remote operators to build new features.

Craft and refine algorithms for real-time dispatch optimization and route planning, leveraging operational research techniques. Apply operational research methods such as linear programming, integer programming, stochastic processes, and queuing theory to solve complex dispatch problems.
