As the Quality Systems Manager, you will be in charge of developing and implementing Zoox’s Quality Management System (QMS) and aligning company vision and applicable mandatory regulations together with voluntary standards. This role will align Zoox Quality Policy with available industry best practices or support the definition of new practices that will allow Zoox to meet the customer’s expectation at the highest levels.

Collaborate with Vehicle Engineering, Advanced Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Software, Corporate Quality and other organizations to ensure the selection and management of best-in-class suppliers who will meet Zoox’s unique requirements.

Lead the execution of a ZR (Zoox Release) company product/service milestone, which will include establishing a milestone execution test strategy and feature lock working with partner functional teams like systems engineering, vehicle engineering, software development, and manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will create, iterate and evolve mobile app experiences that our riders will love and choose. You will work across the organization to make strategic decisions and run the design process on key squads and initiatives. You will lead and champion a human-centered design process and culture.

Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility; present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries. Conduct comprehensive candidate screens, manage the interview process, follow-ups, and candidate reference checks.
