Vosges Chocolate
Are you from Vosges Chocolate?
  • This weeks truffle is, Chef Pascal. The truffle was named after one of @katrina_markoff favorite pastry chefs at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. The truffle is Schwarzwlder kirshwasser + 62% cacao dark chocolate + tart michigan cherry on top. We recommend you pair this truffle with an old fashioned cocktail #vosgeshautchocolat
  • Trick or treat! Either way we hope you celebrate Halloween with something sweet. What is the best costume idea you have seen this year? #vosgeshautchocolat
  • Next week our Holiday items arrive in our Boutiques. We are pretty excited to unpack these boxes of Texas Pecan Toffee and stock our shelves. The original toffee recipe you known and love, gets a little added spice and crunch with cinnamon and Texas pecans. #vosgeshautchocolat
  • The beginning of @vosgeshautchocolat started right here in Place des Vosges. Katrina had her first chocolate experience at a restaurant called LAmbroise. They took chocolate ganache (which is like the center of the truffle), then froze it and dipped it in a beignet batter before frying it. The experience of eating the donut-crusty exterior and, after biting down, the molten explosion of chocolate, started piquing @katrina_markoff curiosity about chocolate. #vosgeshautchocolat
