The Company operates through three segments: Paint and Related Products (US), Automotive Products (Canada), and Corporate Office and Others. The Paint and Related Products (US) segment is engaged in the distribution of automotive refinish and industrial paint and related products representing over 70 brands across the United States. The Automotive Products (Canada) segment is engaged in the distribution of automotive aftermarket parts, including refinish and industrial paint and related products, through Canadian networks. The Corporate Office and Others segment includes the Company's head office and other minor activities. The Company serves its customers through a network of over 1,100 independent stores and branches across North America, and through its over 20 distribution centers and over 10 redistribution centers. The Company's subsidiaries include FinishMaster, Inc., The Parts Alliance (UK Automotive), Inc. and Beck/Arnley Worldparts, Inc.
