Turnberry Associates is a real estate development and property management company based in Aventura, Florida. The company was founded in 1967 by Donald Soffer and is known for developing luxury residential and commercial properties, including the Aventura Mall and the Fontainebleau Miami Beach resort. Turnberry Associates has also developed properties in Las Vegas, Washington D.C., and the Bahamas.
