Establish strategic directions for IT systems:
Develop strategic business plans for technology and internal client leaders
Understand the philosophy behind, adopt and visibly live the principles behind the Tillys culture
Provide necessary application development, consulting, support, and maintenance for corporate applications, systems, and processes
Must have ability to analyze and resolve technical problems, test newly developed applications and application enhancements, perform technical tasks, design and develop new applications and application enhancements
Must be able to read and understand, generate, and amend technical documentation in addition to completing formal process documentation
Provide direct operational oversight and leadership for all loss detection, prevention, shrink and mitigation processes.
