Orchestrates, coordinates, schedules, assigns, and manages work performed by all subs and suppliers. read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts; track, monitor projects. Work with Design teams in the preconstruction phase for logistics, phasing and constructability reviews.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and engaging with clients and teams in delivering services to creatively solve problems, bringing state of the art science & technology market intelligence to the client and project team.

The Sr. PM’s responsibilities will include developing and maintaining project workplans, budgets, and schedules. The candidate should have writing skills and an understanding of contract language sufficient to generate proposals and consultant agreements.
