The S/L/A/M Collaborative (SLAM) is a multi-disciplinary design firm offering architecture, planning, interior design, landscape architecture, site planning, structural engineering, and pre-construction services. The firm was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Glastonbury, Connecticut. SLAM has additional offices in Atlanta, Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, and Philadelphia. The firm has completed projects in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, education, corporate, and sports and recreation. Some of the firm's notable projects include the University of Connecticut's Student Recreation Center, the University of Massachusetts Amherst's John W. Olver Design Building, and the University of Virginia's Battle Building Children's Hospital.
