Test design and analysis to enhance response and spend of customers, including ad hoc analysis (e.g. customer and market research) by leveraging marketing database.
Configure and implement BI solutions by applying information and data presentation architectures using Business Intelligence and Operation Reporting related tools.
Develop and deploy enterprise recruitment and sourcing strategies that cultivate a high performance environment to ensure the business attracts the best talent.
Develop comprehensive work breakdown structure and work plan to encompass the entire project initiative on both technical and business tracks.
This role will generate reports to showcase marketing and product results which will be shared with varying members of the organization.
