Participate and lead cross functional teams working on product definition and development; Providing technical assistance to customer engineering and production personnel; Take the lead in selecting vendors and components.

Work from preliminary schematics, part lists, and basic description of the board function, configuration, and arrangement as defined by engineering; collaborate in developing state-of-the-art designs of new or modified high density printed circuit boards.

He/She will be involved with the board design and development effort through all phases including analysis, design, layout, simulation, prototype bring-up, test, complete design documentation, and release to manufacturing.

This is an intermediate level technical position. This engineer works independently on non-routine and routine, defined projects involving well developed planning, time management and communication skills within established standards and with directions from superiors. Work would be assigned and general instructions given to routine work, detailed for non-routine and new projects.
