SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union is a federally chartered Credit Union that serves the educational community in Southern California. It is headquartered in Santa Ana, California and has over 1.1 million members and $20 billion in assets. SchoolsFirst FCU is the largest credit union in California and the fifth largest credit union in the United States. The credit union was founded in 1934 and was originally named Orange County Teachers Credit Union. It changed its name to SchoolsFirst FCU in 2008. SchoolsFirst FCU offers a range of financial products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment services.
