Creates and implements standard of care to hospital plans, policies and equipment for providing safe care, treatment, and services to our patients; develop, implement, and optimize patient services and programs.
Provides leadership and supervision to facility staff including case management directors, case managers, discharge planners and social workers; assess needs, plan, communicate and implements services.
Supervise/coordinate all nursing activities to achieve and maintain efficient and competent nursing practices and promote harmonious relationships among personnel supervised, medical staff, patients and internal customers.
Responsible for the overall management of assigned department including, administrative, financial, compliance, quality improvement, technical, and personnel activities in accordance with established hospital and department policies and standards.
Responsible for evaluating all process to ensure efficiency as well as developing and implementing new process to meet the organization�s needs; responsible for the overall clinical denials management process.
Ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to promote optimal outcomes, patient safety and care, patient satisfaction and physician and staff engagement.
Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations; provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.
Leads the planning and creation of the managed care strategy in specific market areas designed to help health plans and other payers move forward; develops all managed care initiatives, goals and activities.
