The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.
The primary objective is to manage and control the flow of supplies and equipment from acquisition to disposition; areas of emphasis include supply and capital budgets, inventory control, asset management and adherence to organizational and GPO contracts for supplies and equipment.
The NICU Manager assumes house supervisory responsibilities as assigned, including responding to codes throughout the hospital, assessing and charting, and following through with appropriate documentation.
The Information Security Director is primarily responsible for all ongoing activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of patient, provider, employee, and business information in compliance with the organization's security policies and procedures, regulations and law., with limited supervision from the CIO identifies.
Responsible for creating and/or implementing tracking mechanisms to track increases in volume, growth, revenue, etc. and be able to drill down data to quantify specific efforts and how they have led to increases in volume, growth, revenue, etc. by program, service line and/or physician.
Develops strategic plans, directs and coordinates administrative activity, reporting and analyzing practice operations, monitoring billing performance and overall financial and operational performance.
Supervises and evaluates all personnel assigned to the Behavioral Health program(s) and effectively utilizes employee resources, time responsibilities for the unit and is directly accountable to the CNO/Administrator/CEO.
This leadership position will be responsible for developing the business plans, sourcing strategies, cost improvement, contracting strategies, marketing and communication plans for key areas of focus that include indirect and non-clinical related products/services and non-traditional spend categories.

The Business Office Director is responsible for planning, organizing and influencing department activities and delivery of Business services while maintaining continuous quality improvement. The Director maintains operation within budgetary parameters.
Ensures the quality and effectiveness of the hospital marketing, communications and PR efforts, and ensures that the marketing communications strategy is aligned with the strategic direction of the hospital.
Supervises and monitors performance of the Cardiopulmonary Staff and Cardio-Neuro staff with physicians, hospital staff, patients and patients' families and significant others to provide comprehensive care. Provides direct patient care as needed.
