The Pacific Maritime Association (PMA) is a non-profit organization that represents employers at West Coast ports. The PMA negotiates labor contracts with the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) on behalf of its members. The organization was founded in 1949 and is headquartered in San Francisco, California.
