Provide technical inputs for root cause analysis and corrective action. Support quality reporting and responses to customer complaints (CIR's) within the plant and out in the field at customer stores, warehouses, distribution centers, etc.
Manage and/or participate in larger scale analytical projects associated with product line performance.
Ability to investigate employee situations and discern fair and appropriate next steps.
Create, improve and administer human resource policies and procedures; Ability to investigate employee situations and discern fair and appropriate next steps.
Determine implementation strategies and customization requirements for HR plans, programs, processes, and tools to ensure the plants' needs are met.
Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and management methods to generate improved plant performance and workflow optimization and efficiencies.
