Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) is a non-profit organization that equips high potential African Americans, Hispanics and Native Americans with the skills, coaching and connections they need to lead organizations and communities worldwide. MLT is a national organization that has served over 8,000 Rising Leaders and boasts a network of over 10,000 alumni across the country. MLT offers a comprehensive suite of programs that provide the necessary skills, coaching, and relationships to help Rising Leaders accelerate their career paths from college to senior leadership. MLT?s programs include Career Prep, MBA Prep, Professional Development, and the Equity Fluent Leadership Initiative.
