This role involves extensive collaboration with Operations, Facilities, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Finance and Purchasing, senior leadership, and external consultants and contractors.

Technical lead supporting new product introductions from concept through production release. This individual will provide critical design input to RF and/or photonics product and design engineers for optimum, cost-effective mechanical solutions.

Use model development tools to simulate model behavior, verify model accuracy against experimental data, and fine-tune models for better performance prediction.

The Principal RF Systems Engineer will be responsible for working with customers on system requirements flow down, develop design concepts, perform system performance analysis, work with fabricators to build and test hardware.

A strong knowledge of compound semiconductor processing, exceptional communication skills, and an optimistic, can-do approach are essential to success in this role.
