Meets or exceeds net deposit growth expectations for dollar volume through development of new business and consumer relationships by prospecting and aggressively making sales calls through outside business calls and telemarketing.
Shares responsibility with assigned Relationship Managers to coordinate the renewals or extensions of lines of the most complex credit/loans to ensure these credit facilities are renewed/extended prior to maturity date.Review and rely primarily on spreads and analysis provided by Credit Analyst, but may complete financial spreads as appropriate.
Develop creative ideas and solutions for addressing product/application problems and enhancing applications.Provide overall management of, and sole responsibility for, all aspects of assigned products, systems and/or applications.
Develop comprehensive financial and internal audit programs per department procedures. Prepare audit procedures that test compliance with applicable laws, regulations or Bank policy, and the reliance and adequacy of internal controls.
Administer all types of construction and bridge loans, including processing a high volume of monthly construction draw requests. As needed, close permanent, bridge and construction portfolio loans, affordable housing loans and bond related financing, life insurance and conduit loans.
Provides organizational leadership by defining a shared technology vision, liaising with Commercial Banking management, staff, and customers, and acts as a technology adviser and operational resource to support key business line functions.
