Develop and control a departmental budget, monitor overtime, track scheduled hours, and manage operational expenses; provide excellent customer service and maintains good public relations at the gaming facility.
Drive internal and third-party service level review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes; identify potential areas for service improvement and present to IT Management Team.

This position will manage and facilitate the accurate preparation and filing of our company's provincial and federal tax forms; assists with quarterly tax accounting, prepare quarterly corporate income tax provision, rate reconciliation and note disclosures in accordance with IFRS.
