Designs and develops Web applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
Provide leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the design and oversight of any hr systems initiatives. Serve as the project manager for hr technology or process projects, including managing project teams, tasks, deliverables and timelines.
Oversees and participates in assessment of attorney electronic resource tools needs by analyzing usage patterns, vendors and related management/staff. Constructs and implements related actions in order to consistently and effectively provide attorneys with research tools to best serve our clients.
