Supervise, develop and train personnel within the New Business Intake function, including team managers and administrative staff, to ensure: service standards are met; mechanisms are established to monitor productivity and service; and statistical information is generated and provided to General Counsel and/or COO on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Oversees and participates in assessment of attorney electronic resource tools needs by analyzing usage patterns, vendors and related management/staff. Constructs and implements related actions in order to consistently and effectively provide attorneys with research tools to best serve our clients.
Designs and develops Web applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results; assisting the CFO in the budgeting process inclusive of revenue and expense forecasts, as well as net distribution and unit value forecasting.
Collaborate with Department Chairs and the Human Resources Manager to help ensure the effective utilization of paralegals firm-wide and address improvements, training and technology needs, staffing issues, skills gap and general concerns as needed.
