Resolve and respond to Help Desk tickets related to enterprise-wide applications, plus all other applications as needed; note trends; perform troubleshooting; perform problem management, including escalating to other teams and to vendors as needed.
Mange the on-campus interview season; track and manage candidates from resume screening stage through callback interviews; manage and track all interview feedback; facilitate the meetings where offer decisions are made.
Assigns tasks and projects to KM Operations Team Members and responsible for ensuring completion of the same.
Develop and implement a multi-year roadmap for continued progression of the firm's marketing and business development efforts.
Acts as a liaison between designated office(s) and various administrative departments within the firm.
Works closely with legal teams on developing and maintaining a strategy for effectively handling data from collection through final review and production.
Work collaboratively and serve as the primary interface between HR and the IT department, software vendors, accounting and payroll to ensure integrity of the HR systems.
Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
Tracking and maintaining case related dates and information including calendaring; extensive document and database management including overseeing electronic document collections.
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of general real estate law experience and will have a background in leasing, financing, acquisitions, land use process and structuring contracts.
Corporate and/or Finance background a plus. Superior academic record and excellent writing skills are required.
