Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization's executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent infrastructure activities.
Ensure backup and monitoring systems are in place and functioning at the optimal level, owning technical and the business continuity planning/disaster recovery for all Salesforce solutions are in place.
Establish and maintain a strong collaborative working relationship with leadership and subject matter experts across enterprise to build partnering relationship and to ensure all processes and work interdependencies are identified, and determine the appropriate salesforce solution to support our business needs.
Lead the communication process to gather requirements from product and business owners as well as conveying requirements to team members; work as part of an agile team, building trust with the business to achieve organizational, business owner, and process owner goals.
Work with warehouse manage management system as primary application and will be assigned secondary applications to offer cross training; mentor junior staff on agile methodologies, delivery techniques, and process improvement opportunities.
