Ability to deal professionally and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing both internally and externally. Ability to conduct and follow through with electronic court filings and knowledge of the court systems and their guidelines.
This role presents an opportunity to work on complex civil and commercial litigation in medical malpractice, products liability and antitrust matters. Successful candidates can expect to be responsible for day-to-day tasks as well as the strategic process of case management.
