The Top 15 highest-paying jobs in environmental engineering

It is a very good time to be an environmental engineer (except that means the environment isn’t in very good shape but we knew that.) According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of environmental engineers is expected to grow by 5% from 2018 to 2028.

So which companies are hiring for $100K  jobs in environmental engineering the most? Ladders put together a list of the 15 companies hiring the most $100K+ jobs currently in this exciting field using data from its continuously updated database of high-paying jobs.

 

1. Boeing: 506

Despite prolonged struggles with its 737 Max, Boeing reigns superior amongst the largest global aircraft manufacturers; it is the second-largest defense contractor in the world based on 2015 revenue and is the largest exporter in the United States by dollar value. The IT company just won a $71 million five-year contract order to provide sensor systems acquisition services to the Army Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier.

3. Lockheed Martin: 392

4. Booz Allen Hamilton: 385

5. Jacobs Engineering: 368

6. Northrop Grumman: 359
