What is Hardware Development?
Hardware Developers research, design, develop and test computer components and systems: circuit boards, networks, routers, processors, memory devices and much more. Creating schematics of new computer equipment, testing completed models, modifying as needed and overseeing the manufacturing processes are all elements of a day’s work for a hardware developer. They are also responsible for guaranteeing that all computer components will work flawlessly with the latest software. Qualifications include a properly accredited bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or closely related field.
