Account Managers are responsible for the management of clients and the teams that work with them. Nurturing clients and gaining repeat business from them is central to the role. Personality and drive are critical to success in all areas of the job. Winning and developing clients, giving pitches and presentations, and keeping teams at their most productive all require a strong and diplomatic personality. Because relevant and specific expertise is also a key element, in-depth knowledge and ideally a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree is required.
