Responsibilities- Receive and respond to Zillow Preferred (Flex) leads immediately - speed to lead is the single biggest factor in conversion and directly affects your results
- Manage all Zillow leads inside Follow Up Boss, keeping contacts updated with accurate notes, statuses, and next steps - Zillow monitors activity and timely updates are non-negotiable
- Convert Zillow leads to appointments and signed buyer agreements through consistent follow-up and strong communication
- Consult with buyers, understand their needs, and identify homes that match - your expertise is what turns a referral into a lifelong client and a database addition
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers and guide them through closing with the professionalism your own brand demands
- Participate in Zillow Flex-specific coaching and accountability check-ins to stay sharp on conversion and meet performance benchmarks
- Meet Zillow's performance and satisfaction standards including response times and client experience expectations
QualificationsYou are an active, producing New Jersey agent who wants more high-intent leads without giving up what you've built. You're responsive, CRM-disciplined, and understand that converting Zillow leads is a skill - one you're willing to sharpen. You want to grow your database, add supplemental income, and keep full control of your business.
- Licensed and actively producing real estate professional in New Jersey
- Strong buyer consultation and conversion skills
- Highly responsive - comfortable with fast follow-up expectations
- Organized and consistent with CRM use (Follow Up Boss experience a plus)
- Coachable and committed to Zillow performance standards
- Self-directed and motivated by results
