Full Job Description
The Role

Linktree is hiring a YouTube Creator Manager to build and manage relationships with YouTube creators, helping them get more value from Linktree while bringing their needs, behaviors, and feedback closer to our business and product teams.

You'll own a portfolio of YouTube creators and serve as their primary point of contact at Linktree. Depending on each creator's needs and level of engagement, you'll provide tailored support designed to help them maximize their use of Linktree to grow their audience, deepen engagement with their community, and monetize their content.

This role is equal parts relationship management, creator strategy, and learning. You'll build trusted relationships with creators and help them get the most out of Linktree today, while developing a deep understanding of how YouTubers use Linktree, what they need from us, and where we can build better products and tools for them in the future.

You'll sit within Linktree's Content Partnerships team in Marketing and work closely with partners across Product, Marketing, and the broader creator organization to turn what you learn from creators into actionable insights and opportunities.

What You'll Own

  • Creator portfolio management: Own and develop relationships with a portfolio of YouTube creators, serving as their primary Linktree partner and delivering the right level of support based on creator tier, needs, and opportunities.
  • Creator growth and monetization: Help creators get more value from Linktree by identifying opportunities to improve how they use the product, grow their audience, drive engagement, and monetize their presence.
  • Creator education and product adoption: Educate creators on Linktree products, features, and best practices, with a particular focus on driving awareness and adoption of tools relevant to YouTube creators.
  • Creator insights and feedback: Develop a deep understanding of how YouTube creators operate-their workflows, goals, pain points, and unmet needs-and systematically capture qualitative and quantitative insights that can help Linktree better serve this audience.
  • YouTube product learning: Help build Linktree's understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem by identifying patterns across your portfolio and surfacing opportunities for new or improved YouTube-specific tools and experiences.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Growth, Content, and other creator-facing teams to share creator insights, support product launches and tests, and turn creator feedback into actionable opportunities.
  • Portfolio performance: Track creator engagement, product adoption, and other relevant portfolio signals to understand what is working, where creators need additional support, and where Linktree has opportunities to deepen creator relationships.

Who We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in creator management, talent management, creator partnerships, account management, or a related role within the creator economy.
  • Experience directly managing relationships with creators or talent and serving as a trusted, day-to-day partner.
  • Strong knowledge of the YouTube creator ecosystem, including how creators build audiences, monetize their content, and operate their businesses.
  • A creator-first mindset and the ability to understand an individual creator's goals and translate them into practical recommendations and opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to develop trust with creators across different sizes, categories, and stages of their careers.
  • A track record of managing a portfolio of relationships while prioritizing effectively across different levels of need and opportunity.
  • Strong curiosity about creator behavior and the ability to turn individual conversations and observations into broader insights and patterns.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and representing creator needs to internal partners across Product, Marketing, Growth, and other teams.
  • A data-informed approach to relationship management, with the ability to use creator and portfolio performance signals to guide your priorities and recommendations.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a role where you'll help shape the playbook as you go.

Nice to have

  • Experience working directly with YouTube creators, either at YouTube, a creator platform, talent management company, agency, MCN, or creator-focused technology company.
  • Existing knowledge of the YouTube ecosystem, including creator business models, monetization strategies, audience development, and emerging creator trends.
  • Experience helping creators adopt new products, tools, or features and translating product capabilities into clear creator value.
  • Experience gathering structured creator or customer feedback and partnering with Product teams to inform product development.
  • Experience working with creators across multiple tiers, from emerging creators to established talent.
  • Experience in consumer technology, social platforms, SaaS, the creator economy, or digital media.
