Full Job Description
As a member of a sales team, the sales professional is responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships within a defined territory. Identifies opportunities for account growth while offering customers a full array of value-added services.

Essential Functions
  • Acquire, Develop and Expand customer revenue
  • High level of negotiation skills needed to implement complex pricing programs, logistics optimization, and aligning customers' needs to strategic goals of the company.
  • Exhibiting outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and listening to learn the customer's business and leverages emerging technology and internal systems to drive compelling business proposition.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with internal functional teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage and execute key success factors to meet quarterly goals.
  • Strong business acumen skills, project management skills and ability to generate creative solutions based on customer needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent and two (2) years of business-to-business sales or related Company business experience required.

Minimum Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to travel overnight as required.

Job Conditions

Moderate travel required.

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to utilize technical and quantitative tools to correctly identify opportunities. Exhibit outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and listening to learn the customer's business and leverage emerging technology and internal systems to drive compelling business proposition.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: $6,750.00/ month - $9,500.00/ month

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in "Rochester, MN" or "surrounding cities" and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius.
