Position Summary
The Workplace Solutions Strategist will lead the development and execution of a workplace strategy designed to enhance in-person collaboration, office experiences, and connectivity across our Samsung footprint in Austin & Taylor.
This role blends strategy, project execution, and operational leadership; overseeing workplace initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities

WorkplaceStrategy&ProjectManagement
Leadend-to endworkplaceprojectsrangingfromsiteimprovementstostandardizationinitiatives.
Developprojectplans,scope,timelines,andbudgetsfromideationthroughexecutionandcloseout.
Partnerwithinternalstakeholdersandvendorstodeliverhigh-qualityworkplacesolutions
Driveprojectgovernance,riskmanagement,andchangemanagementprocesses
Communicateprojectstatus,risks,andmilestonestostakeholdersandleadership.
Establishandscaleworkplacestandards,bestpractices,andconsistency
WorkplaceOperations&SiteManagement
Overseeprojectsfocusedonworkplaceplanning,spacemanagement,andsiteoperationsincludingcafe,janitorial, andotheramenities.
Partnerwithon-siteteamstoensureconsistentexecutionofworkplaceprogramsandoperationalexcellence
Identifyandimplementprocessimprovementsacrossworkplaceoperations
Leadfinancialforecastingandtrackoperationalcosttrendsacrosssites.
Serveasasubjectmatterexpertandstrategicadvisoronworkplaceandfacilities-relatedinitiatives.
Skills and Qualifications

12+yearsofexperienceinworkplacestrategy,peoplemanagement,facilitiesmanagementorarelatedfield.
Provenexperiencemanaginglarge-scaleprojectsend-to-end.
AbilitytobuildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithstakeholdersfromKoreaandlocalleadership.
Variouscontractnegotiationandbiddingprocess
ExcellentMSOffices,AdvancedDataAnalysis&ReportsSkills
Experienceworkingwithcross-functionalstakeholders,vendors,andexternalpartners.
